Terms of Service and REquirements
Please note that I am a beginner maker! I have only made a small amount of items and suits as of 2023. They are all personal suits, so it didn't matter to me that there were some beginner flaws. With your suit, however, I will put the highest level of care and precision I can into it. This doesn't mean that it will be perfect, but I will do my very best. I will also cover any repairs or fixes for life, as long as it was not clearly abused by you. You will just have to pay for shipping to me and back.I am based out of Massachusets, in the U.S. I will only serve to people in the U.S., because I do not want to deal with the hassle of international stuff right now. Apologies.I only take payment through Paypal for orders being shipped out, and the buyer will have to cover shipping for their item(s.) I may consider in-person payment if it's a local pickup commission, but I'd need a partial payment prior.I will only serve people 16+, if you are 16-17, please get permission from your parent/guardian first, and have them contact me to discuss things a bit and so that they can finalize the transaction for you.I hold the right to terminate any services being offered if it puts me in legal or personal troubles, such as a commissioner lying about their age or identity to acquire services, or if I feel I am in personal peril by working with/for an individual or group, or because my work will be associated with them. I also have the right to deny any services outright, such as trying to commission a stolen/copyrighted character, or if I feel I cannot work with a customer for any reason (rude demeanor, inappropriate actions, etc.)Before you commission me, I will require a reference of your character with at least two different angles, front and side. If you do not have a reference, I can make you a basic one for a discounted price on the ref sheet. If your character has complex markings, the price of your suit is subject to increase.
If your character is heavily referenced/stolen/ripped off of another character, I will deny your commission.I will require a down payment to cover cost of the supplies/materials upon starting a commission. I may also add some to the cost for complexities/tough bits to accomplish, etc. I will accept payment plans for the rest of the cost if needed. I will not ship anything before payment is completed. If you cannot finish your payment, please let me know in advance so that we can discuss terms of a partial refund, and so that I can change the suit/parts so that they do not resemble your character and sell it as a premade suit/part.
Measurements I will need:
For heads: forehead to chin, circumference around forehead, head size (in inches)
For armsleves: wrist circumference, elbow circumference, shoulder circumference, elbow to wrist, elbow to shoulder
For handpaws: Nothing
For feetpaws: Nothing
For tails: desired length/style
For bodysuits: duct tape dummy
For wings: length across the chest from top of shoulder and back around
For sandals: a photo of your feetpaws for reference, footpaw length, width of footpaw toes across bottom, length of toes from middle of foot, length from middle of footpaw around the back, back up to the middle
I can provide a diagram/demonstration video if any of these measurements are unclear.
